The sensor is not working, but the LED lights are on

Possible cause — no communication with the sensor:

  • Check whether the antenna is broken or damaged. If it is, please get in touch with us at support@airly.org

Possible cause — the device may have frozen:

  • Disconnect the power by unplugging the USB cable from the power supply, or by unplugging the adapter from the wall socket.
  • Wait at least one minute, then reconnect the sensor. After another five minutes, the sensor should return to normal operation.
