Possible cause — no power:
- Make sure the power cable is properly connected to the original power supply, and that the power supply itself is plugged into a working socket (100–230V).
- Check the cable running between the sensor and the power supply. If it looks damaged, frayed, or broken in any way, please get in touch with us at aupport@airly.org.
- Confirm that the original power supply is working. You can test this by connecting the sensor to a different USB-A charger — if the LEDs light up in any colour, the issue is most likely a faulty power supply, and only that needs replacing.
- Finally, check whether the fuses protecting the electrical circuit for the socket (100–230V) are switched on (in the ON position). This should always be done in line with the local health and safety regulations.
